Team members — translators, collaborators and assistants — are rigidly selected with basis on the following requisites:

• Absolute fluency in at least two languages;
• Accuracy of structure in all languages applied;
• A very broad cultural background;
• Academic and work experience in at least two areas of specialization.

As a complementation to this basic profile, team members receive constant updating in the latest concepts and terms used in the business world.
